Learn how to modify every movement for your body, injuries and/or limitations. Strengthen your body foundationally, become confident with the equipment, terminology and Pilates fundamentals.

    You will be introduced to the equipment, Pilates principles including neutral pelvis and breathing technique. You will also learn a few movements on the reformer to get familiarized and started on your Pilates journey.
